I want you to see this as a somatic yoga therapy session with me. We will quiet the mind of distractions to be able to connect with self, hear, feel, actualize. We will awaken chakras and energy channels, move stagnation as well as negativity out and liberate prana/chi/energy/vitality. We will move to dreaming and visualizing and close with manifestation and embodiment techniques to move forward after this LIVE Yogaaa experience. Each journey ends with journal prompts to help expand the clarity received.

Anita is a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner. She has helped clients in all areas of health including fitness, rehabilitation, nutrition and mindset for over 20 years.
Anita has found that yoga embodies all the areas of holistic health that are essential to true happiness and health.
Yoga, taught in its fullness, helps decrease stress and anxiety, increase confidence and self-love, improve spiritual connection and clarity, holistically improves cardio, muscular and endurance strength and over all makes you feel like a friggin limber badd ass not bothered by much and up to cool ish.
